Money laundering is the process of disguising illegally obtained funds through legitimate activities to make them appear legal and untraceable to their illicit origins. At our firm, we take a strong stance against money laundering and strictly prohibit any involvement of our employees or agents in such illegal financial transactions. Our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy is designed to protect our clients and traders, and it includes measures such as advanced customer protection, transparent policies, and direct payment procedures.
To prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with AML regulations, we implement the following measures:
1. Customer Identification:
We thoroughly verify customer identities by requesting government-issued identification documents such as passports, ID cards, or driving licenses. Additionally, we require proof of the customer’s current residence address, which should not be older than three months. Examples of acceptable documents include bank statements, utility bills, or invoices from recognized organizations. In the case of credit card deposits, we only need the last four digits of the credit card.
2. Transaction Monitoring:
We do not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must be in the customer’s name and match the registration documents. For withdrawals, the funds must be returned to the same source from which they were deposited. This ensures compliance with AML regulations and reduces the risk of using our services for illegal activities.
3. Reporting:
As part of our AML obligations, we monitor and track suspicious transactions and report any such activities to relevant law enforcement agencies. We reserve the right to refuse any transfer if we suspect it may be connected to criminal activity or money laundering. However, we are legally prohibited from informing customers about suspicious activity reports submitted to enforcement agencies.
We employ highly sophisticated electronic systems to verify documents, monitor transactions, and analyze fund flows. Our commitment to AML measures is aimed at maintaining a secure and trusted trading environment for all our clients.
